These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lava Events Center website and services.

1. Use of Our Services

By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

2. Event Bookings

• A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to reserve a date.

• Final payment is due 30 days before the event.

• $250 refundable security deposit due 2 weeks before the event.

• Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy (provided during booking).

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Compliance with local laws and regulations

• Conduct of their guests and vendors

• Damages to the property or equipment

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the venue for unlawful purposes

• Post false or misleading content

• Attempt to harm or access our systems without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, graphics) is our property and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lava Events Center LLC is not liable for:

• Personal injuries or property damage during your event

• Losses due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, power outages)

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
