Service Description
Includes: • Delivery, setup, and breakdown • On-site booth attendant • Standard overlay / template • Unlimited video sessions during active booth time • Digital video sharing Service Area: includes locations within 15 miles of Lava Events Center (West Columbia, SC) Setup and breakdown time are included in service pricing and are not deducted from active operating time.
Cancellation Policy
The 360 Photo Booth is provided as a staffed event activation. Active booth time refers to the period when the booth is operating and available for guest use. Setup, delays, program pauses, or waiting time are not included in active time. Safe operating conditions, adequate space, power access, and a flat surface are required. Operation may be paused or discontinued if unsafe conditions arise. Additional operating time may be added at the applicable extension rate, subject to availability.
