Service Description

Time: up to 9 hours total (includes setup & breakdown) Guests: Up to 100 It includes: ✔ 8–9 hours of consecutive venue access (for setup, event time, and breakdown) ✔ Exclusive use of the event space during your rental window ✔ Tables & chairs for up to 100 guests ✔ Confirmed room layout in advance ✔ On-site venue support during the active event period ✔ Use of kitchen staging area (warming only — no onsite cooking) ✔ Vendor load-in / load-out coordination ✔ Climate-controlled indoor environment ✔ Use of venue parking Note: 1. Linens, décor styling, focal backdrops, and enhancements are not included with the Extended Rental and may be added as optional upgrades. 2. Security may be required for events with alcohol, late-evening timelines, or larger guest counts. 3. All time used for setup, program, and cleanup must be contained within the reserved rental hours.


Cancellation Policy

Retainer Fee A 25% - 50% nonrefundable retainer fee is required and must be paid when the reservation is made. All rental fees are due thirty (30) days before the date of the event. If rental fees have not been paid thirty (30) days before the event, the Vendor reserves the right to cancel the Client's event. Contracted Services Includes all services described in selected package details reviewed and distributed to clients. Any additional services/products requested by the Client incurred by Vendor will be billed directly to client at cost. All services contracted cannot be deducted, but additional services can be added. Provided Documentation All documentation created and provided to the client is owned and copy-written by the Vendor and cannot be used or given to any other 3rd party. Responsible Party The Client or organization representative to whom the rental contract is issued assumes all responsibility for the use of the facility and will be the sole authority to make changes or submit additional information. That person or their delegate must be in attendance at all times during the event. Rental contracts are not transferable. The Client or their delegate will be required to participate in a pre-inspection and post-inspection walk-through with a designated Vendor representative and acknowledge agreement with the findings. If the post-inspection observes damage to the property, the renter may forfeit a portion or all of the incidental damage fee. Liability It is understood that Vendor is only liable for services completed and provided by Vendor and cannot be held liable for the services of other contracted vendors. It is understood that in no event shall the Vendor be liable for consequential damages of any kind. Cancellation Policy If the event is canceled, no portion of the fees paid to the Vendor will be returned. If the event is canceled less than 6 months before date, 2nd payment will be required to compensate for hours of service already rendered and loss of event date. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available (refer to Postponement Policy).
